All orders are processed within 4-6 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

REMEMBER all orders are custom.  

UPS and USPS are used for any orders shipped and may require a signature at delivery. Although every possible care will be taken to produce quality design work of all pieces of the project, Wilori and Company LLC cannot place an unconditional guarantee on the above after it has left for shipment. Wilori and Company LLC will not be held responsible for any ruined projects due to shipping mishandling or any other cause in or outside of our control. Wilori and Company LLC will not be held responsible for any late arrivals or ruined projects due to weather or any other cause in or outside of our control.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once it is in hands of the shipping carrier. Please make sure to double check your address and email before placing an order. If an item is lost or stolen please file a claim immediately with the shipping carrier. 

International Shipping
Currently we are only able to accept orders to shipping addresses within the contiguous United States, and do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or US Territories.

Turnaround Timeframes
Custom orders go through 3 stages before they arrive at your doorstep: Proofing, Processing & Shipping.

• Proofing - this is the time spent designing and editing your order. The timeframe varies for this stage of the process depending on the number of edits requested and your level of responsiveness. You can expect to receive your 1st proof in 1-3 business days. Each round of revisions requires an additional 1-3 business days to complete.
• Processing - this is the time needed to print and package your order. Print time varies based on the product ordered. You can see the specific timeframes on the product page for the items you've purchased. 
• Shipping - Orders ship via USPS or UPS Ground. Delivery time is estimated (though not guaranteed) to be 4-6 business days within the contiguous U.S. You may elect to upgrade your shipping method to 2-Day at checkout.

Please note: Shipping time is in addition to processing time. Processing time begins immediately upon approval of your proof. Please check individual item details for processing timeframes before placing your order.

Address Changes
Changes to your shipping address must be requested BEFORE you approve your proof. We are not able to accommodate change requests after proof approval.
