TIMELINES
Our turnaround estimates are not guaranteed due to supply chain issues in the printing industry. We also encourage you to factor in assembly time for your suites, as they do not come pre-assembled. The timeline for your semi-custom suite is generally as follows:
DESIGN (3-5 BUSINESS DAYS)
- You will receive the first proof of your design within 3-5 business days of receiving your wording questionnaire. We ask that you take no more than 1 business day to approve or request changes. If a revision is requested, please allow for an additional 3-5 business days to receive the revision.
- Each order includes one wording revision. Additional wording revisions are available at a cost of $75 per additional revision. The design, layout, and colors of each suite are not subject to revision.
PRODUCTION (10-15 BUSINESS DAYS)
- From the date your design was approved, please allow 10-15 business days for the production of your pieces.
SHIPPING (7 BUSINESS DAYS)
- Standard shipping is included in the price of your order. If you require expedited shipping, please upgrade at the time that you place your order. )
Semi-custom suites take about an average of 5-6 weeks to complete. Please note that this timeframe depends on the types of embellishments, added services and total quantities ordered. It does NOT include shipping time or any assembly on the clients end. Any orders placed that did NOT read these timelines, are still subject to the same cancellation policies below. Please allow yourself extra time to get them ordered!
PROCESS
Once 100% payment is made through the website, a custom form will be sent to the client to collect the information (one for the details that go on the piece selected, and one to collect addresses in our template if applicable) Please allow at least 2-3 business days for this process as we are closed on the weekends and all major US holidays. If orders are placed after 4PM EST on any given day, the processing will happen the following business day.
Once the client receives the form to collect information, they have 5 business days to submit it back to us. If the client takes longer then 5 business days, delays in the entire process are likely. We will not begin design until the form is submitted back to us. Failure to include information (missing addresses, missing information for the details card), will also delay the process. If you have questions about the form, please email us to clarify before submitting. Wilori and Company LLC is not responsible for any printing or production delays due to weather, business closings, supply chain issues, holidays, and acts of God.
PROOFING
It is the client's responsibility to carefully review proofs for any errors-- spelling, locations, dates, addresses, etc. The design of the semi-custom suite is not subject to change or adjustmen.t Wilori and Company LLC agrees to do 2 rounds of revisions, which include items like spelling, grammar, edits to dates/names. Additional changes or revisions will result in a $50 charge per revision. Changes not permitted: changing fonts, layout or general design including custom artwork such as venue illustrations and envelope liners.
Final approval for any feedback must come from client directly through the custom form. Changes that are submitted via email, text, phone call, DM, or any other communication funnel other than the designated form for a design round are subject to getting lost and cannot be the responsibility of Wilori and Company LLC.
Once approval for the Final Proof is received, client consents to give Wilori and Company LLC full permission to print all pieces as they appear on the Final Proof. No further changes can be made and Wilori and Company LLC will not be held responsible for any errors found after client grants approval. Wilori and Company LLC cannot be held responsible for designs that were approved by client and then printed with an error that CLIENT did not see. Any reprinting costs will be the responsibility of client.
All guest addresses MUST be set up in the exact format the template specifies, otherwise we will ask you to reformat. Names must be written exactly how you would like them to be printed (ie. Mr. and Mrs. versus John and Jane Doe). There will be instructions in the form itself, but if you have any questions, please email us before submitting.
PAPER, PRINTING AND MATERIALS
Design and Printing: All digital screens are calibrated differently, and the colors showcased in digital mockups or proofs may vary slightly when printed. With specialty printing such as letterpress and foil printing, minor variations are to be expected.
Although we strive to represent the colors shown on our website as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the printed color will look exactly the same as the screen color. The actual color you see will depend on your computer system and/or monitor. We cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display the colors from our collection. If you have any hesitations on color selection during the design process, please be sure to communicate that with our studio and/or order a sample pack.
Materials: Wilori and Company LLC cannot be held responsible for materials that are out of stock, back-ordered, or discontinued, as these situations are out of Wilori and Company LLC’s control. Should this situation arise, a suitable alternative will be suggested. Additional fees may occur if alternative material is not of equal value.
Quality: We take great pride in the quality of our all products leaving our studio! Every piece of stationery that arrives from an outside vendor is counted and inspected for blemishes. If anything is not at the standard of our design team, we will reprint the stationery pieces free of charge.
INCONSISTENCIES & VARIATIONS
Due to the nature of some of the suites, there will be certain variations along every design. When ordering a suite with deckled edges, there can be slight changes in the "centeredness" of the print since the paper is not identical in size. Items with gold leafing may not be identical to the images on the site, as the gold leaf is applied by hand.
QUANTITIES
Once you have approved your final proof, quantities ordered absolutely may not decrease. It may be possible to increase your order quantity, but it is at the complete discretion of Wilori and Company LLC. The client should order a minimum of 5-10 extra for keepsakes and for any last-minute guests. On the occasion the client needs extra copies after delivery, Wilori and Company LLC cannot guarantee a production turnaround on the same timeline as the original order.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER & SHIPPING

We will communicate with you once your package is in transit by sending a tracking number. We ship all of our packages with standard ground shipping with insurance.
Although every possible care will be taken to produce quality design work of all pieces of the project, Wil cannot place an unconditional guarantee on the above after it has left for shipment. Wilori and Company LLC will not be held responsible for any ruined projects due to shipping mishandling or any other cause in or outside of Wilori and Company LLC control.
