At Wilori Lane we understand that planning a wedding, the arrival of a new baby, or celebrating any milestone is a special occasion that you will want to remember forever. When it comes to setting the desired tone for your special day, presentation is key and we can help!

The process begins once you contact us and tell us a little about yourself and your request.

We will schedule a consultation to further discuss your design and print needs while going over the vision for the design. After the consultation, I will send you a formal proposal.

Upon receipt of the signed agreement and deposit, I will begin on the design concepts. An electronic proof will be emailed to you. Approval must be submitted prior to printing.

Once the approval is received, printing begins (if necessary). The final balance is also due. A delay in the final payment will cause a delay in printing.

When the order is ready, we will contact you to arrange delivery. Delivery dates will be outlined in your contract.
If you are located near Orlando, FL, we will available to arrange pick-up of your order.

Wilori Lane provides creative vision that capture the essence of your unique love story, personality, and style while showing it in a clean, modern, sophisticated design. We offer various printing options which include digital print, letterpress, and foil stamping. We also use other materials such as laser cut acrylic, silk, velvet, and many more.

WHEN SHOULD I MAIL MY INVITATIONS?

We suggest you mail your wedding invitations 6 – 8 weeks in advance (4– 6 weeks before for other events such as birthday parties). You should request a reply date 3 – 4 weeks prior to your wedding date so you have time to give the caterer or reception venue your final count. For destination weddings, you should send a save the date 10 – 12 months in advance and the invitation 4 months in advance. 

DO YOU HAVE A MIN. FOR CUSTOM INVITATIONS?

Yes. Our minimum is $2,250 on all custom invitation orders of 50 or more and includes a design fee. Our day of items minimum purchase requirement is $1,000 if purchased separately.

WHAT TYPES OF PRINTING DO YOU OFFER?

We offer digital printing, foil stamping and letterpress printing. We also offer die-cutting, and provide additional add-ons such as wax seals and ribbons.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR CUSTOM INVITATIONS?

Once the proposal is approved, the design and printing process takes on average 6-8 weeks. Certain upgrades or printing types may delay the production time.
